Is there a dress code for the event?
MJS Golf Tournament: Casual golf attire and soft spike footwear is required for all players. Riders must dress in proper golf attire as well (spikes not required). No t-shirts, swimwear, tank tops or cut-offs, please.
Aloha Friday Pa’ina: Casual aloha attire.
Lawn Games: Cool, casual, and comfortable athletic wear. Sneakers and hat recommended.

Sunday Mahalo Breakfast: Casual attire.
Will there be a virtual option for the event?
No, this event will be held in person only.
Registration & Attendance
How do I register for the event?
A registration details will be sent to your company contact via email from the Hospitality Committee at mahaloevent@foodland.com.
Is there a deadline to register?
Registration will close on Friday, December 5. If you have any questions, please contact the Hospitality Committee at mahaloevent@foodland.com.
I need to make some changes to my registration. How do I do this?
To request changes, please contact the Hospitality Committee at mahaloevent@foodland.com. Changes can be accommodated until Wednesday, January 7, 2026. After this date, response times may be delayed as we finalize event preparations. From January 15-17, you can visit the Hospitality Desk at Oculus 2 for any last-minute changes or inquiries.
Travel & Accommodation
Are there recommended hotels or special room rates?
If you have any questions about your current hotel rooming, please contact our Hospitality Committee at mahaloevent@foodland.com.
Is transportation provided to and from the venue?
All our events are a short walk and will be on hotel property.
What is the nearest airport?
Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Honolulu.
What is the check in and check out time at The Ritz-Carlton O‘ahu, Turtle Bay?
Check-in is 3:00 p.m. Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Is parking available at the venue?
Yes, both self-parking and valet parking are available. There are four E-Vehicle charging stations available on-site. Additional fees will apply.
What are the parking rates?
Self-parking – complimentary
Valet parking – $35 per day
Event Activities & Schedule

Are there any special activities or entertainment planned?
Yes, there will be entertainment at the Friday and Saturday evening events.
My kids are attending what should I expect for them?
Activities for children are planned at both the Friday and Saturday evening events.
All keiki under 17 years old will receive a wristband that will grant admission to our events. If you did not register your keiki in your registration packet, please contact our Hospitality Committee at mahaloevent@foodland.com.
I plan to attend the Mahalo Event but do not have a lanyard.
All registered guests should visit the Mahalo Event Hospitality Desk in Oculus 2 in the hotel lobby upon check in to receive their lanyards. Mahalo Event staff will be stationed at the entrance of all events and all guests are required to wear their lanyard for entry. If you do not have a lanyard or have misplaced yours during the weekend, please contact our Hospitality Committee at mahaloevent@foodland.com. Additional lanyards will be available for purchase.
MJS Golf Tournament
When and where is the tournament taking place?
When: Friday, January 16, 2026
Where: Arnold Palmer & George Fazio Courses
What is the tournament format?
Scramble format.
What time should I arrive?
Check in starts at 8:00 a.m. Shotgun start is at 10:00 a.m.
Where should I park for the MJS Golf Tournament?
Parking is available in front of the Clubhouse.
What should I bring?
Golf clubs & balls – If not renting, bring your own set.
Golf attire – Casual golf attire and soft spike footwear is required for all players. Riders must dress in proper golf attire as well (spikes not required). No t-shirts, swimwear, tank tops or cut-offs, please.
Golf shoes – Soft-spiked or spikeless golf shoes for comfort and traction.
Hat or visor – Protect yourself from the sun.
Sunscreen & sunglasses – Essential for sun protection.
Rain gear – A light rain jacket or umbrella in case of unexpected weather.
Towel – Useful for wiping hands, clubs, and sweat.
Gloves – Extra golf gloves in case of wear or wet conditions.
Portable phone charger – Keep your phone powered for updates and photos.
Cash – For additional purchases. Mulligans are available for purchase at the clubhouse 1 for $12 or 2 for $20 cash only
Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes! We have a fun-filled day planned with refreshing drinks and ono food available throughout the course.

Rain or shine, the tournament will go on! Please come prepared for the weather.
Teams & Pairings
You will be paired in teams of four people. We will do our best to accommodate all requests made during registration.
